This document is a checklist when considering a joint venture between your business and with Spirit Of Twilight LLC, the sole owner and operator of HAUTMONDE.STORE.

Safety and Transparency FIRST!
| Do you have an LLC / DBA / Registry ID (Canada Only)? | This is a requirement to be promoted & / or sell as a Storefront on HAUTMONDE. We check the validation of this registration as a part of our transparency first commitment. | |

Payments and Invoicing
The monthly recurring charge (MRC) is $10.00 per month, which is sent to your business email address you indicated above between the 1st and the 5th of every month. Your first month is complimentary as you settle into your new service.

| Payment not received within 10 business days | Account closure and storefront is removed. Advertising with Google, Social Media, and the HAUTMONDE Newsletter will stop immediately |
| Restoring Your Account | Once payment is made your account will be restored within 10 minutes.If your account is closed, HAUTMONDE will not restore your account and you must apply for a new account |
At HAUTMONDE, we call our vendors ‘Partners’. Why? Because this service was designed for small & micro businesses, creatives, and online influencers looking for an affordable place to offer products and services without the abhorrent seller fees of BIG BOX online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, YouTube and even Etsy.
As a former user of these services, and running my own creative business, Spirit Of Twilight both online and at live events, we know that the multitude of complex fees can get WAY out of hand. So, I created this marketplace as a way to put the profits back into your pocket for one price, whether you choose to Advertise and / or open a Storefront.
$10 a month. No listing fees. No final value fees. No advertising fees. No contract or commitment. Cancel anytime.
We use STRIPE as our financial partner to handle payouts. STRIPE does charge a fee of 2.9% + $ .30 per transaction, which is not a fee charged by HAUTMONDE and will be deducted from your sale if you sell from a storefront on HAUTMONDE.
You will get an email automatically from Stripe to complete your payout when eligible. Stripe also charges a one time fee of $1.50 when a payout is sent.
Types Of Services Provided by HAUTMONDE

For either plan above, the cost is just $10 a month. You can also move from an Advertising Plan to a full Storefront plan without submitting a request. Just simply add more products to your storefront and take control.
Please be mindful that HAUTMONDE, a division of Spirit Of Twilight LLC has the right to modify, change, and cancel services based on business needs. We also have the right to suspend, terminate, remove account access, and cancel any Partner accounts at any time within reason.
Reasoning for the above actions includes harassment of any kind towards others (owners, clients and partners), and other forms of abuse and / or belittlement. This includes social media posts of any kind. Each case is reviewed and investigated on a per case basis. This includes defamation of HAUTMONDE and its Partners after account cancellation.
Bank Account Information
Please keep in mind that if you do not have a business bank account linked to your profile and you make a sale, payouts may take as long as 15 business days to transfer to your bank.
First time payouts can take up to 10 business days.
Standard payout takes 1-3 business days to process to your bank after your first payout is completed.
Your email address is also a vital key in getting your payouts. Stripe, as mentioned above twice, is the service and banking agent for HAUTMONDE and needs to verify your email address and bank information to transfer the funds for payouts and validate your business bank account information prior to your first payout. This is done systematically through Stripe.
HAUTMONDE is a self-serve storefront and advertising service. This means that 95% of the time you are responsible for your own storefront
- HAUTMONDE is available from 9am to 12pm and 4pm to 5pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We are closed on all US National Holidays.
HAUTMONDE can be reached if you have questions through email, Signal Messenger, and you’re more than welcome to request an appointment to have a face-to-face conversation through Google Meet by scheduling an appointment.
- Again, as a Partner, you are responsible for your filling your sales, shipping process, adding / changing your payout information, shipping channel (set up within your StoreFront profile or externally), your clients, reading and responding (if needed) to emails and messages from HAUTMONDE, and setting up your storefront. This can easily be done in the Vendor Dashboard by using and navigating the tabs on the left.

About the 30 Day Trial and Account Cancellations
HAUTMONDE offers a 30-day complimentary trial of our service, which can be fully managed within your storefront portal without restriction, to allow you to become comfortable with the services and layout of your transition to HAUTMONDE. You’ll also have insight access to email / contact HAUTMONDE through Microsoft services and Signal Messenger and we shall respond within the timeframe and business hours in Eastern Time listed above.
HAUTMONDE and / or the client may cancel this partnership at any time within these 30 days as you may not see us as a good fit for your needs, or HAUTMONDE may feel that you may benefit from the services of another provider.
In this case, HAUTMONDE will not charge you or bill you for services that extend beyond the trial period.
If HAUTMONDE decides that we will no longer do business with certain partners for any reason, an email advising the discontinuation of such partnerships will be sent, and closure of the partner’s account will be taken down within 24 hours of said notification which no pro-rated refund will be given if payment was received after your trial period ends.
If you, as a Partner, decide that you would like to close your account and have already paid your first MRC, your request must be made before the 1st of the following starting month, as HAUTMONDE bills our Partners between the 1st and the 5th of each month via email invoicing, which your storefront and services will be terminated and deleted on the last day of the current paid month paid in full.
If you do not have a completed profile and are using HAUTMONDE as a storefront, your account will be terminated within 24 hours and you will be notified by email. This is a decision made by HAUTMONDE to prevent fraudulent sellers and bad actors from creating false and harmful accounts towards our community of Partners.
