Returns and Refunds.

At Hautmonde, we want you to have the best experience shopping from one of our partners. In some cases, this may also require requesting a return or refund for your purchase, and we want to make sure that this goes smoothly for you as well.

Physical Items

Sometimes shipping doesn’t go as smoothly as we all plan. Items may arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent. If this is the case, please feel free to reach out to the partner where you made your purchase from within 7 days of delivery, and we will make things right.

Non-Physical Items

Refunds for services and other non-physical items are offered on a per situation basis. If you ordered a downloadable item, we can certainly resend the order to the original email address you provided as quickly as possible. For other service items, each partner within HAUTMONDE has their own return policy. Their policies are not governed by HAUTMONDE and if you wish to request a refund or return, please reach out to them directly.
